How it works.

  • It all starts with a conversation. A chat about your space, ideas and necessary timing and budget requirements for the project will enable us to learn not only about how you want the space to feel, but also how you want it to function. We will gain an understanding of how you like to work or live to develop a comprehensive design brief and set you up with the perfect team of creatives, architects and interior designers.

  • After the initial consultation, floor plans and concept designs will be produced with coloured 3D visualisations and renders ready for discussion and your feedback. This step allows us to continue the conversation about the feeling of the space, as well as ensure we have captured the required functional elements before finalising documentation. We can connect you with graphic designers if you are a new business in need of a logo or an already established business that wants a branding refresh or website.

  • The concept design will be developed and refined to create drawings and documentation that are suitable for both pricing and any required approvals with council, landlords, shopping centre management and beyond. Where appropriate, we will initiate and manage contact with external consultants eg. private certifiers, engineers etc. to gather all documentation ready for the next step.

  • We create a comprehensive scope of works based off the design, outlining and breaking down the build costs to discuss and refine the project’s budget. We will also provide a schedule for the project including all site works, material procurement and engagement of all our trusted trades and contractors required for every stage of the build.
